new without box. it's a green color. someone said it was seafoam green. somebody said it was turquoise. The picture is the best that you can decide what color it is. from what I'm told, this color is hard to find. these are size 10. I'm size 11 but honestly they sit really great and feel amazing. I have too many in my closet so I have to sell my extras. never wore these.
